The prices are for one week's rent and include:
electricity, hot and cold water, Agency fees. Every flat/cottage is fully furnished and provided with gas cooker, refrigerator, set of kitchenware. Each bed has a blanket and pillow. Guests must bring their own sheets, towels and table linen.

"Type A": One room flat of about 30/40 square metres composed of a big room with cooking-corner and bathroom. Two, three or four beds.
"Type B": Flat of about 35/50 square metres,composed of living room, cooking-corner, bathroom, bedroom, bed settee in the living room, almost always two bedded.
"Type C": Flat of about 45/60 square metres, composed of livingroom, cooking corner, bathroom two bedrooms. FOur or five beds in the bedroom, bed-settee in the living room, almost always two bedded.
"Type D": Flat of about 55/90 square metres, composed of living.room, cooking-corner, bathroom, three bedrooms. Five or six beds in the bedroom, bed settee in the living room almost always two-bedded.
The numbers near the letters A- B -C -D, mean differences due to the number of beds, to the position with regard to the sea or to the kind of furniture.
